Shirley A. Haase, 83 of Tomah passed away on Friday, September 6, 2019 at the Tomah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4285 Hwy 12, Warrens. Pastor Kory Janneke will officiate. Burial will be in St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Cemetery, Township of Clifton. Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Saturday at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
