Faith Lutheran Church invites everyone to a special Ash Wednesday Service to hear the 50-voice men’s choir of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary.
The service will take place on Wednesday, March 1, at 6:30 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, N6598 County Trunk A Black River Falls. This free program includes traditional and contemporary religious music. Chorus members accompany the choir on organ, piano, violin, saxophone, guitars, brass, and drums. The Seminary Chorus, directed by Professor James Tiefel, has toured throughout the country in its 82-year history. Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary, located in suburban Milwaukee, WI, prepares pastors for the worldwide mission of the Wisconsin Evangelical Synod (WELS).
