The former Executive Director of the Housing Authority of Pepin County is facing a fine, community service, and probation after pleading guilty to a theft charge.
Shawn Stocks plead guilty Thursday to theft of movable goods. Stocks used public money to purchase luxury vinyl tile and had it delivered and installed at her home. She has since paid restitution to the county as part of her guilty plea. She still faces a charge of misconduct in public office.
