imberly-Clark Corporation says it will take the state's offer of expanded incentives into consideration before making a final decision about closing two Wisconsin plants.

Six-hundred workers will lose their jobs if operations at Neenah Nonwovens and the Cold Springs plant in Fox Crossing shut down.  Governor Scott Walker and Republican legislative leaders are proposing a bill to more than double tax credits for jobs.  The company is in the middle of a collective bargaining process now – adding it won't announce a final decision until those negotiations with its union are complete.
