The final vote totals for Wisconsin governor were so close Tuesday a recount is possible.

Democratic challenger Tony Evers appears to have edged incumbent Republican Scott Walker by about one percent of the vote.  Another Democrat, U-S Senator Tammy Baldwin held off the challenge of Republican Leah Vukmir.  Republican Bryan Steil prevailed in the 1st District congressional race for the seat vacated by House Speaker Paul Ryan.  The incumbents kept their jobs in the other seven Wisconsin congressional districts.  A recount could also be requested in the attorney general's race where Democrat Josh Kaul edged Republican incumbent Brad Schimel by eight-10ths of a percent.
