A Wisconsin Dells woman is facing a felony charge of operating while intoxicated (OWI) after a state trooper saw a vehicle swerve outside its lane.

The Wisconsin State Patrol says at around 7:20 P-M Sunday, a trooper witnessed a car deviate from its lane on Highway 23 in Sauk County. The trooper executed a traffic stop of the vehicle and arrested 37-year-old Jennifer Rhyner on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle under the influence. Patrol officials say it was Rhyner’s fourth offense. A fourth-offense O-W-I charge is a felony in the state of Wisconsin. No injuries were reported related to the incident.
