Member Of Cleanup Crew Who Fell 40 Feet From Boom Bucket Died 2 Days Later

The Oconto County Sheriff's Department says the 28-year-old member of a cleanup crew died two days after he fell 40 feet.

Zachary Rusch suffered critical injuries when he fell from a boom bucket Friday, August 2nd, in Brazeau. Rusch and another worker were in the bucket when it malfunctioned and dropped to the ground while they were removing fallen branches after a storm. The other worker was also hospitalized, but his condition hasn't been released.
