An Oak Creek gentleman is dead following a crash last night on I-94. It happened about 9:00 by mile-marker 64 near Eau Claire.

According to the Wisconsin State Patrol, the 41 year-old was traveling westbound in a 2006 Chevy Trailblazer when he entered the median, rolled several times and struck a guardrail. He was ejected and came to rest in the eastbound lanes where he was pronounced dead at the scene. Three other occupants of the Trailblazer, a 41 year-old female and two teenagers, were transported to Mayo in Eau Claire with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities closed I-94 eastbound and re-routed traffic at exit 59 for a time. Names are being withheld pending notification of family.
