The city of Green Bay has filed a federal lawsuit against Governor Tony Evers because he has refused to move the April election.

Green Bay wants in-person voting canceled and seeks a delay until June 2nd to get all absentee ballots counted.  River Falls officials aren’t involved in the suit, but they question how they can run the election during the governor’s stay-at-home order.  River Falls says 20 poll workers have already said they won’t help on Election Day.
