Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul is among 30 attorneys general who reached a 113-million-dollar settlement agreement with Apple.

The electronic giant is going to pay this state three-point-two million dollars in the case of iPhone battery issues that cause unexpected shutdowns. The attorneys general argued that rather than disclose the problems, or replace the batteries, Apple hid the issues from users. They say Apple created a software update in 2016 to keep its phones from shutting down, but that update also reduced iPhone performance.
