Two years after signing on for the job, Black River Falls Police Chief Scot Eisenhower will be resigning. In his resignation statement released today, Eisenhower said that he had many challenges when he arrived, but was blessed with a dedicated staff with true compassion, not only for the community they served, but each other. Eisenhower's resignation will be effective April 17th, and he will become the Director of Criminal Justice Training with the Wisconsin Technical College. No news has been released yet on who will take over as the Police Chief of Black River Falls, but Scot hopes to assist in the search. You can read Scot's full statement on his resignation below.
