Durand Football Game Postponed

(9/26/14) The Durand football team won’t be playing Amery tomorrow night.  Students in that western Wisconsin school district have been infected with a bacterial disease caused by eating or drinking food or water which has come in contact with fecal matter.  More than 100 students have been absent in the Durand School District this week, with seven more staying home Thursday.  The football game had to be postponed because Durand could field a team.  Classes are being held today, but the district is still disinfecting its buildings.
