(Green Bay, WI) -- A team of officials led by referee Carl Cheffers is spending three days with Green Bay Packers players and coaches, working some practices and holding meetings on rules changes.
The N-F-L has decided to ease its stance on celebrations. Players will be allowed to resume group celebrations, using the ball as a prop or going to the ground. There is a 40-second time limit. If the celebration lasts longer than that, the team will be called for delay of game.
