His long-term future is still cloudy, but tonight looks pretty good.

Cambridge native Matt Kenseth will start on the pole at the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway at 6:30 p-m. This is Kenseth's second Coors Light Pole Award of the season. Kenseth is one of three drivers who can guarantee a berth on the post-season on points. He still doesn't have a ride for next season after leaving Joe Gibbs Racing at the end of the season. Beloit born Danica Patrick starts 19th and Eau Claire's Paul Menard takes off 26th. Menard finished 19th in Friday night's Xfinity race, the Virginia College Savings 250. Brad Keselowski won.
