Ethan Happ scored 20 points and D’Mitrik Trice added 14 as Wisconsin rallied to beat Rutgers 69-64 on Monday night.
Nate Reuvers finished with 10 points, and Happ, who scored 12 second-half points, shot 10 of 17 from the field as Wisconsin closed out the win by hitting five of its last six shots. The Badgers are now 2-0 in the Big Ten, 8-1 overall. Eugene Omoruyi scored 17 points and had eight rebounds for the Scarlet Knights. Elsewhere in college basketball, Marquette is on its home floor tonight (Tuesday) hosting Texas-El Paso (UTEP). The Golden Eagles are 6-and-2 on the season.
