Packers Special Teams Are A Strength In Win Over Chicago

For the first time in several seasons the Packers special teams were a big contributor in last week's 10-3 season-opening win at Chicago.

Veteran Mason Crosby connected on both kicks -- a field goal and a P-A-T -- and neutralized the Bears All-Pro return man Cordarrelle Patterson. J-K Scott boomed nine punts for an average of 47.6 yards-a-kick, including two which went 63 yards. One of those long ones pinned Chicago deep in its own territory when it started its final drive of the game.
