Two injured Green Bay Packers are practicing again this week and one or both could be activated from injured reserve.
There is a 21-day window for that activation involving promising linebacker Kamal Martin and wide receiver Equanimeous St. Brown. New rules this season mean players are only forced to miss three games before they can return from I-R. Martin has been recovering from knee surgery and St. Brown had an injured knee, but didn’t need surgery. Since the Packers have two open spots, both could be active for Sunday’s game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Packers also announced the signing of rookie tight end Dominique Dafney who was in training camp with the Indianapolis Colts.
