There has been no official announcement, but Packers wide receiver Davante Adams is expected to play in Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Adams was a full participant in Wednesday’s team practice. He had initially expected to play in the Atlanta game but was held out. The Packers’ bye week meant he received two extra weeks to recover from injuries. The game in Florida will pit Green Bay’s 38 points-a-game offense against one of the best defenses in the N-F-L. The Bucs are second in yards allowed, second in first downs, fifth in their sack rate, and eighth in points allowed. Some are selling the game as the unstoppable force of the Packers offense against the immovable object of the Tampa Bay defense.
