Safety Michael Abernathy is the newest member of the Green Bay Packers’ practice squad. His signing coincided with cornerback Rico Gafford’s release from the practice squad. According to the Packers’ website, Abernathy spent part of the 2022 training camp with the team and will wear number 34.
