BRFCC: Sex Offender Residency Regulations Approved

The Black River Falls Common Council met Tuesday night at City Hall, approving several new ordinances and moving forward on key city business. Council members passed new regulations on sex offender residency, added electronic vaping devices to the city’s smoking ban, and approved rules for operating electric bikes, scooters, and skateboards. The Council also set a public hearing on the proposed 2026 city budget for November 19th and authorized city officials to make an offer on property along North Roosevelt Road. No citizens were in attendance for Tuesday’s meeting.
