The City of Black River Falls announced today (2/17) the launch of a new tool on their website called ‘HeyGov’. ‘HeyGov’ is designed to allow citizens to report issues they notice around the city directly to city officials. Issues can be reported either on the go on your smartphone, or at home on a computer. Reports can include pictures and text to further explain the issue being reported. To use the new tool, simply head over to the City’s website (blackriverfalls.us), click on ‘Report a City Issue’ button, and follow the on-screen prompts. In the press release, city officials are excited stating, “The great thing about this new software is that it was built by a Wisconsin-based business in collaboration with the Black River Falls City Administrator.”
