Clark County Emergency Management will resume their monthly testing of the outdoor warning sirens starting Wednesday, April 7th. The monthly tests will occur on the first Wednesday of each month and will be sounding off between 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, and will used throughout the spring, summer and fall months, unless severe weather is in the area. Clark County Emergency Management says that these tests are necessary to ensure that equipment is working properly in the event that there were an emergency situation. April 12th-16th is Severe Weather Awareness Week in Wisconsin, and although the statewide Tornado drill has been called off this year, Clark County still plans to use their outdoor sirens on April 15th, at 1:45 pm and 6:55 pm.
