The first week of April each year is recognized as National Public Health Week, and communities across the nation are recognizing the contributions certain organizations have made regarding public health. The Clark County Health Department is taking this year to recognize the Owen-Withee-Curtiss Fire Department and the Greenwood Area Fire & Ambulance. The two groups played a vital role in the Clark County Health Department’s COVID-19 vaccine clinics and testing sites.
