Donna Mae Lyngen

Donna Mae Lyngen, age 80, of Hixton, passed away on Saturday,
March 22, 2025 in her home.
Donna was born on October 6, 1944 in Kenosha to Delores Schoen
and Warren Jackson. Growing up she was raised by her stepdad
Bernard Foreman. She moved to the Blair area in 1966 where she met
Darrell Lyngen and married him on February 23, 1968 in the Little
Brown Church in Nashua, IA. Darrell preceded Donna in death on
March 20, 2017.
Donna worked as a CNA most of her life working at the Tri-County
Memorial Nursing Home in Whitehall, Comforts of Home and Parkside
Residence both in Black River Falls. Donna enjoyed her job but loved
spending quality time with her family and friends. She was an
extremely devoted mom and grandma and will be deeply missed.
Donna is survived by her three children, Tammy (Phineas) Schrock of
Blair, Brian (Vicki) Lyngen of Blair, and Rachel Lyngen of Hixton;
eleven grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, one great-great-
grandchild; a brother, Dennis (Julie) Foreman of Genoa and many
nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
In addition to her parents, Delores (Peter) McCormick, Warren
Jackson and Bernard Foreman, Donna was preceded in death by her
husband, Darrell; two sisters, Linda and Connie and two
grandchildren, Allison Bue and Bryant Lyngen.
Visitation will be held on Friday April 4, 2025 from 2-6 p.m. in the Jack
Funeral Home in Blair. Burial will follow in the Zion Lutheran
Cemetery in Blair.
The Jack Funeral Home in Blair is assisting the family with
arrangements.
