A fatal crash was reported Sunday evening on Interstate 39-90 in Dane County.
The Wisconsin State Patrol says the crash happened around 7:30 Sunday night, August 30th, on the northbound exit ramp from I-39-90 to Highway 12-18 westbound near Madison.
Troopers responded to a single-vehicle rollover. One occupant was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver was taken to a local hospital with injuries.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Department, Madison Fire Department, Dane County Highway Department and Liberty Towing assisted at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by the Wisconsin State Patrol Technical Reconstruction Unit.
