Four people were injured in Monroe County after a single-vehicle rollover accident on County Highway CA. The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office was called to the scene around 8:18pm last night. Upon arrival it was determined that the involved vehicle, a 2000 Chevy Silverado, was being driven by 24-year-old Nicole Ray of Tomah, with four other passengers also in the vehicle. It’s reported that Ray lost control of the truck while navigating the curves of the road and the truck rolled twice, landing on it’s wheels. Four of the five occupants were transported by ambulance to an area hospital. Alcohol and speed have been determined as factors in the crash. Nicole Ray was cited for Cause Injury and Operating a Motor Vehicle while intoxicated. The accident is still under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
