Frank C. Wilson, age 72, died at the Tomah VA Hospital March 25, 2021
Frank was born April 8, 1948 in Black River Falls WI to Gertrude Wilson. Private funeral arrangements for Frank have been attended to, for the family. Plans are under way for a private Celebration of Franks’s Life this summer.
