Franklin Dwayne Rumppe, “Frank,” 83 of rural Kendall, Wis., passed away July 1, 2024.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024, 2:00 p.m. Pastor Bob Streeter will officiate. FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE INVITED FOR VISITATION FROM 12:00 (NOON) UNTIL 2:00 P.M. Everything will be held at the Community Center (the Old Elementary School,) 114 Church St., Ontario.
