The dead body of a missing infant has been found in southern Wisconsin. Local, county, and state authorities have been joined by the F-B-I in the investigation of the death of the girl who was reported missing in Green County. The child was born last Tuesday. The child’s father told Albany police he gave the baby girl to a person he knew after taking her from the home shortly after her birth. No names have been released. Green County Sheriff Jeff Skatrud and Albany Police Chief Robert Ritter called in the extra help. The infant’s body was found Saturday a few hours after she was reported missing.
