Jackson County’s seasonal weight restrictions on County trunk highways will be lifted on Monday. The weight restrictions are put into place each year to protect the highways while the ground underneath them is thawing from the winter months. The Jackson County Highway Department reports that the restrictions officially end at 12:01 a.m. on Monday, and all signs will be down by the end of the day.
