The Wisconsin DHS has reported that 39,501 people have been vaccinated for COVID-19. DHS says that number is accurate as of the end of Sunday. Since Wisconsin began administering the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on December 14th, they’ve administered 35,595 doses, and in the week since the Moderna vaccine has been available, there have been 3,905 doses administered. Wisconsin is still in Tier 1a of the vaccine rollout, with frontline healthcare personnel and residents of long-term care facilities currently receiving the vaccine.
