(Madison, WI) — Police in Madison aren’t saying why a man armed with two axes walked into an east side home then jumped out of a second story window. It happened Monday night at an apartment on Nakoosa Trail. Officers say the ax-wielding man knocked on the door around 10:20 at night. When the person who lived in the apartment opened the door, the suspect walked in, went upstairs, and jumped out of the window. Police arrested the ax-wielding man for disorderly conduct while armed and resisting and obstructing.
