Multipe Arrests in Black River Falls, In Ongoing Drug Investigation

On Saturday, March 29, 2025, at approximately 6:00 am, a coordinated effort between the Black River Falls Police Department, Jackson County Sheriff’s Office, and the Wisconsin State Patrol led to the execution of a search warrant at 808 Pierce St., Black River Falls, Wisconsin. The search was part of an ongoing drug investigation.

During the operation, authorities discovered drugs and paraphernalia scattered throughout the home, which tested positive for Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Fentanyl, Marijuana, Heroin, and various prescription medications.

Seven individuals were found at the residence during the search. Six were arrested and taken to the Jackson County Jail, while one individual was released due to medical reasons. The arrested individuals, all from Black River Falls, face numerous drug-related charges.

Rodger L. Luther Jr (34)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful possession of prescription drugs, Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gregory L. Whitegull (53)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful possession of prescription pills, Possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donovan P. Scheurich Jr (36)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Fentanyl, Possession of Cocaine, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine.

Erica M. Ganong (35)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Cocaine.

Kyler A. Williams (31)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Substantial Battery, Possession of Methamphetamine, Probation hold.

Turhan R. Gates (37)

Charges: Maintaining a drug house, Possession of THC with intent to deliver, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of Methamphetamine.

One individual, Frances A. Sanchez (29), was released due to medical issues and is also facing charges of maintaining a drug house and possession of THC with intent to deliver.

The Black River Falls Police Department is continuing the investigation and has expressed its commitment to combatting drug-related crimes in the community. Authorities encourage anyone with information to contact the police department or submit tips to the Jackson County Crime Stoppers.

The individuals arrested are awaiting their initial appearances in court.
