Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence – 5th Offence – Jackson County

Jody F. Whiteeagle, 35 years of age, from Black River Falls has been arrested by the Wisconsin
State Patrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 5th offense.
A Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle on I-94 eastbound at mile marker 115 for a
speed violation.
The Trooper detected the odor of an intoxicant and observed signs of impairment from the driver. A
subsequent investigation, including standardized field sobriety tests, showed the driver, Jody
Whiteeagle, was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence 5th offense. She was placed
under arrest, transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of her blood, and then to the
Jackson County Jail.
She was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 5th offense, operating after
revocation, and failure to install an interlock ignition device.
