The owner of Osseo Family Restaurant says he just wants his rooster back – and if it’s returned, he won’t press charges. The rooster statute which used to stand outside the restaurant in Osseo is about 12-feet tall and four-feet wide. Owner Artan Shabani says a regular customer first told him about the missing statue Thursday and now Osseo police are on the case. Video surveillance from nearby businesses is being checked. Shabani says he doesn’t know how they pulled it off. The chicken was bolted to the ground.
