Phyllis M. Berg, formerly of Bangor, passed away peacefully at Riverside Transitional Care on April 24, 2024 at the age of 93.
A Christian Funeral Service will be held Monday, April 29, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 401 16th Ave N, Bangor, WI. Rev. Brock Groth will officiate. Burial will follow in Burns Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until the time of service, Monday, at the church.
The family thanks Brookdale Senior Living Onalaska, Riverside Transitional Care, and Mayo Health System for the wonderful care given to Phyllis.
