President Joe Biden has told a crowd in Superior his one-point-two trillion-dollar infrastructure package will pay for repairs to roads and bridges in Wisconsin. Biden made an unscheduled stop at the Blatnik Bridge that connects Superior to Duluth, Minnesota Wednesday. The president said there are 979 bridges in Wisconsin that need to be fixed. He says seven-thousand miles of highway in Wisconsin and Minnesota are also in need of repair. The Democratic leader flew into the region Wednesday – the day after he delivered his State of the Union address.
