Robert “Rob” Allen Noggle, age 63, from Tomah, Wisconsin passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Pastor Bob Streeter will officiate. Burial will follow in the Mount Vernon Cemetery. Family and friends are invited for visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home on Thursday. The Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements.
