Seven Wisconsin communities will share more than $42 million in federal funding. The U-S Department of Agriculture grants and loans will be used to address infrastructure needs. Most of the money will go to the City of Keil so it can repair or replace its wastewater plant. That is expected to cost almost $24 million. Federal funding is also coming to Waupun, the Village of Edgar, and the Town of Wilton. The wastewater treatment facility in Edgar is more than 90-years-old.
