Shelby Lynn Wesho, age 34, died unexpectedly at home June 4, 2021.

Shelby was born December 2, 1986 in Black River Falls to Clifford and Saddie (Snake) Wesho. Shelby had a joyful heart and spirit and made many friends throughout her life. She spent some of her early years working at Ashley Furniture and at the Casino in Food and Beverages, but she was most recognized while working as a Cashier at the Cash Store.

Shelby was a very devoted mother. Her family and children meant the world to Shelby and she had a special place in her heart for her Uncles. As a young athlete she was particularly fond of the running sports and continued to love to run. She also loved doing various arts & crafts in particular, leatherworking. Shelby will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Surviving Shelby are her children Donald Lee Smith, Virgil Harold Smith Jr., Jayna Leight Rose Smith, Janet Anna Smith, Jeanette Ann Smith and Demetrie Raymond Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings. She was the last member of her Wesho lineage.

Funeral Services for Shelby will be held Monday June 7, 2021 at the homestead, W9017 Bear Trap Lane. Matthew Mann will preside over the services. Visitation will be from 9:00 to 10:00 AM, the Committal Ceremonies will begin at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at the Decorah Cemetery.
