New numbers show a small increase in the number of Afghan refugees at Fort McCoy who are sick with measles. There were 22 confirmed cases of measles at Fort McCoy on Sunday — compared to just nine last week. Wisconsin health officials say the risk of measles spreading to nearby communities is low. The Department of Health Services says it administered nearly 11,000 measles vaccinations to the refugees out of some 12,500 overall.
