Monday morning, September 18, Gregory Allen Bishop, 54 of Sparta was arrested by Wisconsin State Patrol for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 4th offense.
Bishop was stopped in the city of Sparta for a traffic violation and upon contact, WSP Sergeant observed signs of impairment, which subsequently lead to the arrest for OWI 4th offence.
