Monroe County will be having student government days on March 21, 2024 and April 10, 2024. Cashton and Norkwalk Ontario Wilton will be sending upperclassmen to spend the day in Monroe County and learn about Monroe County.
It is an exciting day where the Students get to play County Board Members where they vote on a fake resolution – IMPLEMENTING TAX UPON SODA. They will hear from a number of departments about what they do and will get to spend the afternoon in the Courtroom attending bonds and hearing from departments attached to the Court system.
The American Legion provides them certificates of attendance and provides lunch for the Students.
