Terry Lee Andre of Black River Falls, Wisconsin, passed away on April 4, 2022 at the age of 73. After several months of declining health, Terry died peacefully at home.

Terry was born in Yankton, South Dakota, on May 17, 1948 to Ralph and Iona Andre. Being one of seven children, Terry didn’t have the opportunity for much formal education, but always dreamed of being an architect. He helped out on his family’s small farm and loved running track when he could. He met his wife, Diane (Andersen) Andre while in high school and they married January 27, 1967. His work ethic and desire for other opportunities led him to Iowa and the construction field right out of high school.

He worked construction for several years, was a mechanic at John Deere for several years and became a millwright. His hard work and drive allowed him to become a union millwright/ site supervisor which had him traveling across the United States working hard to support his family. He moved to Chicago for several years before relocating to Black River Falls, Wisconsin, in 2013.

Terry loved spending his free time fishing, sharing his love of fishing with his children and grandchildren, and building amazing woodworking and metal projects. He also loved spending winters in Florida where he could fish and spend time with friends.
