Alfredo Pizarro, 46 years of age, from Abilene, TX has been arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol
Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 7th offense.
On 07/08/23 at approximately 1:14am, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper observed a vehicle
stopped on the right shoulder of Interstate 94 near milepost 53 in Dunn County. A subsequent
investigation including a standardized field sobriety test was conducted. The driver was arrested for
operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant – 7th offense. The driver
submitted to an evidentiary test and was incarcerated in the Dunn County Jail.
