Triple-A estimates almost a million travelers from Wisconsin will go somewhere for Thanksgiving. Experts are estimating that holiday travel will rebound to near pre-pandemic levels this year. An increase of 13% is being projected. About 95,000 of the 954,000 Wisconsin travelers will be flying. Drivers are being told to expect gas prices to be much higher than last year. The average price of a gallon of gas in Wisconsin was $3.15 Monday. During the Thanksgiving holiday last year, the average was just under $2.
