Incumbent Ward 2 Alderperson Travis Brown won re-election in the Spring 2024
election. On April 3, 2024, Travis Brown declined the position creating a vacancy for a
Ward 2 Alderperson for the City of Black River Falls.
The City of Black River Falls will be accepting letters from Ward 2 residents
interested in serving as an Alderperson on the Common Council. Letters of interest need
to be submitted to the City Administrator no later than May 1, 2024. All eligible
applicants will be invited to address the Common Council on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at
which meeting the Common Council may vote on appointing an applicant to fill the
vacant position.
