The Wisconsin Department of Corrections is allowing in-person visits to resume. W-T-M-J Television reports COVID-19 cases are declining statewide leading to some restrictions being eased. The warden at the Racine Youthful Offenders Correctional facility says she knows the importance of in-person visits. Je’Leslie Taylor says it gives the people in corrections hope. There are still some restrictions in place including the requirement to wear masks.
