A western Wisconsin man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for causing a double-fatal wreck while he was intoxicated. Prosecutors told the court 30-year-old Trenton Bemis of Humbird had a blood-alcohol content of more than four times the legal limit at the time of the wreck in Clark County. His pickup crossed the centerline of the road and slammed into another vehicle, killing 29-year-old driver Michelle Kunze and 35-year-old passenger Genie Carillo. W-E-A-U reports Bemis entered a no-contest plea to two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle last October.
