Justin Allen Campbell, 43 years of age, from Superior, WI has been arrested by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Spooner Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two children
in the vehicle under the age of 16.
On Thursday, January 23, 2025, at approximately 6:55 PM a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper
conducted a traffic stop on Tower Avenue in the city of Superior after observing a vehicle operating
with Expired Registration.
The Trooper observed signs of impairment and a subsequent investigation, including field sobriety
tests, showed that the driver, Justin Allen Campbell from Superior, WI, was operating a motor
vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance with minor passengers. Mr. Campbell
was arrested and transported to the local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood. The children,
ages 15 and 13, were released to an adult family member.
